Vietnam Youth Newspaper Cup 2008

Singapore Under-21 team will be participating the competition that will be held on 20 September at Hue City,Vietnam.Singapore is grouped together with Iran and Myanmar in group B while Thailand,Vietnam and Malaysia are in group A.
Top two teams in respective group will qualify for the semi-finals.Only three players in the Young Lions squad are in the Singapore Under-21 team.The rest are mostly picked from the Prime League teams.
Group A:Malaysia,Thailand,Vietnam
Group B:Singapore,Iran,Myanmar
Fixture:
20 September – Singapore vs Iran
24 September – Singapore vs Myanmar

Well, forgive me. My country,Indonesia will not involved in this tournament. I hope the tournament will be success.
